Song Lyrics Contest (TAMIL)
Objective:
Participants are invited to submit original gospel-themed lyrics that convey biblical truths,
inspire worship and reflect Christian values. Should be in Tamil.
Criteria for Judging:
- Biblical Alignment (25%) – Lyrics should reflect scriptural truths and align with the Gospel.
- Creativity and Originality (20%) – Fresh expression and unique lyrical concepts.
- Clarity of Message (20%) – Strong, clear spiritual message that is easy to understand.
- Poetic Quality (15%) – Rhyme, rhythm, structure, and literary devices.
- Emotional Impact (20%) – Ability to inspire, move, or encourage listeners.
POETRY CONTEST (TAMIL)
Objective:
Create original poems based on Christian themes, scriptures, personal testimonies, or praise and worship
Criteria for Judging:
- Spiritual Depth (25%) – Demonstrates deep insight or reflection on faith.
- Artistic Expression (20%) – Use of imagery, metaphor, and poetic devices.
- Relevance to Theme (20%) – Connection to Gospel values or scripture.
- Structure and Flow (15%) – Overall rhythm and consistency.
- Impact and Inspiration (20%) – Evokes spiritual reflection or praise.
SONG COMPOSITION CONTEST (TAMIL)
Objective:
Participants submit an original gospel song (music and lyrics). Submissions may be in any genre (contemporary, traditional, fusion, etc.).
Criteria for Judging:
- Melodic and Harmonic Quality (25%) – Musicality, chord progressions, and tune.
- Lyric Content (20%) – Strong theological and scriptural basis.
- Originality (20%) – Creativity in melody, rhythm, and genre blending.
- Performance/Delivery (15%) – Vocal/instrumental quality.
- Emotional and Spiritual Impact (20%) – Capacity to lead others in worship or reflection.
THEME-BASED ART CREATION
Objective:
Create visual artwork (painting, drawing, mixed media, etc.) based on a given theme or gospel theme such as “The Cross,” “God’s Grace,” or “Light in Darkness.”
Criteria for Judging:
- Theme Interpretation (25%) – Creative and meaningful representation of the theme.
- Artistic Technique (20%) – Skill in chosen medium (drawing, painting, etc.).
- Originality (20%) – Unique perspective or style.
- Visual Impact (20%) – Strong first impression and emotional appeal.
- Message Clarity (15%) – Easily conveys a biblical message or spiritual truth
PAPER PRESENTATION CONTEST (TAMIL)
Objective:
Submit and present a research-based or theological paper on a gospel-related topic (Theme/ Topic : Worship in the Early Church - Tamil)
Criteria for Judging:
- Theological Accuracy (25%) – Solid scriptural and doctrinal grounding.
- Clarity and Structure (20%) – Logical flow, language, and format.
- Original Insight (20%) – Personal interpretation or unique viewpoint.
- Relevance to Gospel Message (15%) – Clear connection to the life and Gospel
- Presentation Skills (20%) – Clarity, engagement, and confidence in oral delivery.
ELOCUTION CONTEST (SPEECH CONTEST) - ONLINE
Objective:
Deliver a compelling spoken message or speech on a Gospel-related topic : Christian leadership in Evangelism (Tamil)
Criteria for Judging:
- Message and Content (25%) – Strong, well-developed Christian theme.
- Biblical Support (20%) – Use of scripture to support key points.
- Delivery and Expression (20%) – Voice modulation, gestures, passion.
- Clarity and Structure (15%) – Well-organized, clear speech.
- Impact (20%) – Leaves the audience spiritually encouraged or challenged.
